What is the typical shipping timeline for furniture?
Standard in-stock furniture typically ships within 2-4 weeks. For larger heirloom pieces, we offer White Glove Delivery which includes in-home assembly and packaging removal, generally arriving within 4-6 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home decor and rugs?
We accept returns on most decor items and rugs within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you offer trade discounts for interior designers?
Yes, we have a dedicated Trade Program for industry professionals. Members receive exclusive pricing, personalized service, and early access to new collections. You can apply through our Trade portal with valid credentials.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window for cancellations. Once an order has reached our warehouse for fulfillment, it cannot be modified or canceled.
How do I care for my McGee & Co. textiles and upholstery?
Care instructions vary by material. We recommend professional cleaning for all upholstered furniture. For pillows and throws, please refer to the specific care label; most of our linen and cotton blends require spot cleaning or delicate dry cleaning to maintain their texture.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging to initiate a replacement or claim.
