We want you to love your home, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label. Please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original manufacturer's packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
